Fishing has been an interest of the family’s for more then 50 years. That’s why in 1950 the family owned and operated business changed over to fishing, hunting & reloading supplies. (We were supplying our habits & making a business out of it.)
We take pride in keeping a well-stocked store 12 months of the year. We were one of the first to carry Rapala lures. We also continue a family tradition of carrying new & custom lures each year. (2003 will bring in at least 5 new 7 custom Wiley colors.)
For the musky fishing we try to focus on the “small” family run, manufacturers Wiley, Leopardi, Smity, & Grandma. But we also stock some of the larger companies like Lindy, Bucher & Mania, just to name a few. We stock rods,( including St Croix), reels. We are a top shelf Shimano dealer& terminal tackle. Our lines include Stren, Berkley, YoZuri & Tuf Line. With Tuf Line and Fluorocarbons being the most popular with musky fisherman.
You really have to “see us to believe us”. From the outside we are a “fooler”. We have learned to make the most of our space. You will find lures hanging from the ceiling, walls and boxed on the floor. We are located Minutes from I 90. Take the Rt 534, Geneva exit 7 go North to Rt 84 about ¼ mile – we are on the north side of the street. (If you get to another light you passed us!)
Our typical hours are 9-6 Monday thru Friday, 9-5 Saturday and 9-Noon on Sunday. (They can change – some days we open earlier or stay later. We close for 10 days the first part of February. (Come see us.)
